UN Treaty Bodies litigators webinars

TB-Net, in partnership with the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR) and the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI), invites all interested NGOs, lawyers and individual litigators to a series of three online meetings, in the presence of invited Experts from different Committees for discussions about individual communications to UN Treaty Bodies.

Coinciding with the launch of the CCPR-Centre 2020 Yearbook on Treaty Bodies Jurisprudence, the Webinars I and II will present jurisprudential developments and discuss litigation and advocacy strategies in the context of the UN Treaty Bodies. The Webinar III will serve as a consultation with relevant stakeholders about a Draft Guide on Third Party Interventions (TPIs), currently being developed by ISHR.

Please note that in order to accommodate different time zones, the webinars I and II will present the same content, but are scheduled at different times.
